Cathy Giblin - Senior Recuiter

Cathy Giblin joined Insight Recruiting with over 15 years of combined experience in recruiting and human resources. Cathy's broad range of recruiting experience includes property management, financial services, technology, entertainment and legal. Cathy has worked professionally in Los Angeles, CA, San Jose/Silicon Valley, CA and Boston, MA and has numerous contacts and solid relationships with top firms and leaders throughout these regions.

Prior to joining Insight, Cathy was the Senior Manager of West Coast Employment for AvalonBay Communities where she was responsible for hiring all positions from Seattle, WA to San Diego, CA for over 5 years. Her vast experience also includes management positions at such prestigious organizations as Iron Mountain, Raytheon, DMX Music and Colonial Management.

Cathy earned a B.A. degree in Communications and Business Administration from Pepperdine University.

Cathy is very active in local Silicon Valley civic clubs and the San Jose Unified School District. She also organizes volunteer events frequently including major fundraising for Project Night Night and One Warm Coat.

She currently resides in San Jose, CA with her husband and two sons.
