Lynn Hollis - Principal

Lynn Hollis founded Insight Recruiting in 2003 citing a need in the recruiting industry for a more direct and specialized approach to contingency recruiting. Lynn was a top producer at two larger firms prior to founding Insight. She has over 10 years of experience recruiting across various industries and developed a strong following within the financial services community based on her contacts and solid relationships with top tier firms.

Lynn earned a B.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.

She lives in San Anselmo with her husband and their two daughters.
