Margo Diamond - Director

Margo Diamond joined Insight Recruiting in 2008 as a Director. She has nearly 10 years of combined recruiting and financial services experience. Margo covers investment professional searches with particular emphasis on hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and investment management, primarily in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City.

Prior to Insight Recruiting, Margo was an executive recruiter with Heidrick and Struggles in the private equity practice. Margo spent three years at Farallon Capital Management in Investor Relations and as an In-House Recruiter. Margo was previously an Associate with Morgan Stanley covering hedge fund relationships in Prime Brokerage and began her career as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management in San Francisco.

Margo holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently in a graduate program in Developmental Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. She is a certified executive coach in the Goldsmith Coaching Process from Alliant University. Margo was a member of the Cal Berkeley Varsity Swim team and competed for the San Francisco Olympic Club's National Swim Team for 5 years. She currently resides in New York City and divides her professional time between New York and California.
