Lynn Hollis founded Insight Recruiting in 2003 citing a need in the recruiting industry for a more direct and specialized approach to contingency recruiting. Lynn was a top producer at two larger firms prior to founding Insight. She has over 15 years experience recruiting across various industries and developed a strong following within the financial services community based on her contacts and solid relationships with top tier firms.
Lynn earned a B.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
She lives in San Anselmo with her two daughters.
Holly Casey joined Insight Recruiting as a Partner in 2011 with over 15 years of recruiting experience specializing in administrative placement in financial services specifically focusing on hedge funds, private equity, investment management and venture capital. Before joining Insight she spent six years with a New York based executive search firm and built out their administrative support practice in San Francisco to be one of the leading recruiting firms in the Bay Area. Through this experience and her experience as a senior recruiter with two other boutique search firms, Holly has acquired a vast network of both premiere clients and exceptional candidates. Prior to working in the recruiting industry, she worked in the retail sector and financial services industry.
Holly earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of New Hampshire. She regularly volunteers at her children’s schools and for the YES Foundation that supports the arts and education in the Ross Valley School District. She enjoys life outside of the office with her husband, two children and beloved dogs.
Sabrina Clark is in her fifteenth year of agency recruiting in the Bay Area. She joined Insight Recruiting in January of 2014 and has long standing relationships in the Bay Area within the financial services, retail, and technology industries among others. Sabrina has formed extremely strong partnerships with clients and candidates who trust in her ability to listen to their needs, advise and manage the search process and ultimately create a successful match. Sabrina earned her B.A. In Hispanic Studies and Spanish from the University of San Diego. As a native to California, she enjoys exploring all that the outdoors has to offer. She lives in Marin with her husband and daughter.
Andria Davis joins Insight Recruiting with over seven years experience in boutique agency recruiting, with a specialized focus on the administrative level candidates ranging from recent college graduates to career executive assistants.
Andria earned a BA in Journalism from University of Arizona, and earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from College of Notre Dame, Belmont. Andria lives in Marin County with her three children, and keeps busy with a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, paddle boarding and relaxing at the beach.
Shannon Wolfe brings 10 years of recruiting experience to Insight. Shannon has been a top producer for a boutique San Francisco recruiting agency and part of talent acquisition teams with Dell and The Home Depot. Shannon is a recruiting generalist with experience placing high-caliber candidates within software and technology, management consulting, financial services and retail industries. A graduate of Mills College in Oakland, Shannon is the current Chair of the SF Mills College Club. An avid knitter, reader, and cross-country skier, she and her family make their home in San Francisco.

Katie received her BFA from the University of Oregon in 2013. She joined Insight in 2016 when she re-located to San Francisco. Prior to joining Insight Katie worked in the non-profit sector, hiring and managing artists to teach self-contained art classes to children of all abilities.
Katie lives in Pacific Heights and enjoys making jewelry, playing tennis, and spending time in Tahoe.
Max joined Insight in 2018 with a well-rounded career in Government, Finance, Nonprofit, and Tech. Max’s wide-ranging professional experience at Fidelity Investments, the U.S. Senate, at Jen Siebel Newsom’s NGO, and with Lyft has enabled him to have a keen and versatile sense of compatibility for both the client and candidate. Moreover, his extensive network in the Bay Area has proven to be a valuable pipeline of talented, diverse candidates and established clients.
Max was raised in the Boston area before earning his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He currently resides in San Francisco and spends his time reading, playing basketball, being a political junkie, and going to karaoke.
